    Lecture Description:

RUMOURS, CONSPIRACIES & LIES! OH MY! HOW TO SEPARATE FACT FROM FICTION – Sometimes we hear rumours or stories about secret agents scheming to control some of history’s big events or trying to trick us into believing science that isn’t true. These stories can be a lot of fun! Yet sometimes these “conspiracy theories” can confuse us and cause problems of their own. Join us as we discover the kind of tools investigators use to spot fake news, debunk pseudo-science, and separate fact from fiction.

Let’s Talk Science will run hands-on activities after the lecture from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

    Ages: 7-14 (whole family welcome)

    Cost: FREE
